1-Rhythms & Spins

Duration: 10 hours (7 or 8 sessions)
Content:
- Introduction to all the rhythms
- Garba steps on all rhythms with variation
- Spins techniques & practice
- Correct body postures

2-Steps, Grace & Barrels

Duration: 10 hours (7 or 8 sessions)
Content:
- Introduction to types of sittings(Baithak) and the techniques
-Grace and Expressions
- Introduction to Barrels and the techniques
- Garba steps with Barrels variation
- Continuous spins

3-Master Garba

Duration: 10 hours (7 or 8 sessions)
Content:
- Introduction to Master Garba Steps
- 8 & 16 counts Garba steps
-Combination and fusion of different rhythms
- Energy & Posture Correction
- Identifying your own strengths and areas of improvements
